Apr. 23, 2005, Pebble Beach, CA - Scholarships are available for Monterey County students interested in attending the 2005 Monterey Bay School of Piping. Students will spend a week learning how to play the bagpipes.

The school, sponsored by the Monterey Celtic Arts Academy, runs from June 12-17 at Stevenson School in Pebble Beach. Scholarship recipients must be in grades six through 12.
